New interface

The brand new ‘Edit Item’ interface is here!  It’s the section you see each time you add or edit a product in ekmPowershop – where you add your product names, prices, descriptions, images and everything else to do with your products.

The old interface had too much on the page – too much scrolling and too much waiting for each section to load up. We’ve reduced the clutter, done away with those pesky page loads and introduced some cool features to save you time…

SAVING AS YOU WORK

Losing changes to partially added or edited products are a thing of the past! ekmPowershop now saves the data ‘on the fly’ as you edit. It’s powerful too, so you won’t even notice it happening.

DRAG & DROP UPLOADS

Uploading product images couldn’t be simpler. Drag them from your computer into the interface as you add or edit a product.

NEW TREE NAVIGATION

A new way of navigating and selecting your products for things like related products, category management and product classification.

ALWAYS ADAPTING TO YOUThe interface ‘learns’ which sections you use the most, making them more prominent and easy to access. Now you’ll see sections that are relevant to your previous behaviour, streamlining your workflow.
SAVING TIME

Less clicks + less waiting = less wasted time! You’ll find yourself clicking and waiting much less. It’s intuitive and intelligent – it’s a smarter way to manage your products.

OUT NEXT WEEK!

Some shop owners will have noticed the new interface this week as part of a soft launch.

It’s a big update so we’re rolling out slowly to all customers over the next week.

For further information on using the new interface please see our support guides or contact the team.

    Hi there

I moved away from EKM as it does not sync with Linnworks, However Ive had an email that there is now an API key allowing me to intergrate with EKM, is this correct? if so I will move my store back to EKM.

    Thanks
    Helen

Hi, Linnworks isn’t an official integration but our API means anybody can build a link… so it’s possible they may have built one.

We do have a couple of official multi-channel integrations that are worth looking into though (they do the same thing as Linn). One’s with ChannelGrabber and a more recent one with Seller Express.
