All content on the site; text, images, html is the property of InterCanvas or our authorised agents/artists. Please do not use it without our prior consent.
Terms and Conditions of Sale Please read the following as they apply to all purchases made via our website.
Contract All orders are subject to acceptance. InterCanvas is entitled to refuse any order placed. Formation of contract shall be on acceptance of your order via email. We strive to ensure that all pricing and details are correct, however mistakes occasionally occur. In these cases InterCanvas shall only be held liable for the refund of monies paid in respect of the order.
Delivery Delivery will be made by national or international courier. All parcels will be dispatched using standard delivery unless otherwise stated. Purchases are generally dispatched within 7 working days of payment. Photographic canvases are made to order and delivery is usually within 10 workings days. UK mainland delivery is included in the price quoted on the InterCanvas site. For shipping outside the UK mainland, please contact us for a quote. Should an order be submitted without prior contact you agree that InterCanvas may charge the relevant shipping costs before dispatch of your purchase.
Product Variance Please Note: Due to monitor settings, colour and appearance may vary slightly from their screen appearance.
Returns InterCanvas hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, you are welcome to return your purchase, for whatever reason, within 10 days of receipt and in it's original packaging. Upon receipt at InterCanvas we will refund your monies less shipping costs. We shall advise upon receipt of returned purchase and again on sending of refund. Damages: Please take a moment to inspect your parcel upon arrival. If the packaging is open or damaged you can either refuse to accept it or ask the delivery driver to sign a short statement to say that the packaging was damaged. If your artwork is damaged, please contact us immediately and we will advise on what to do next. Please also keep all packaging materials as these are required for a successful claim.
Payment Online using credit or debit card, the fastest and most efficient means of payment. Company or personal cheque payable to MILESTONE ARTWORKS. We reserve the right to wait for cheque clearance before dispatching your purchase.
Credit card security InterCanvas uses WorldPay to complete credit and debit card transactions. WorldPay is renowned for its security.
