Do I Need To Backup My Data?
All ekmPowershop databases are backed up during the middle of the night 7 days a week across our entire server platform. We keep the previous seven nights worth of backups to make sure as much data can be obtained as possible if required.
This would mean you do not have to keep your own backups of data, but if you do wish to have that extra reassurance, then you can simply use the import/export facility in the "settings" menu to export all the product, order and customer data from your ekmPowershop.
If you are using a custom design then you can simply locate your HTML code within the "design & layout" area and proceeding through to the "plain text editor" within the elements that you have used your own code in.
