Can I send a newsletter to my customers?
The EKM Powershop does not actually send out newsletters as this would
risk our server platform being blacklisted for sending potentially
hundreds of unsolicited email. You can however, obtain the email
address of all your customers so you can use them with a 3rd party mail
client that allows the sending of bulk email.
To obtain these details, simply export the "customers details" info
from within the "settings" -> "import/export shop data" area of
your account.
This will allow you to download all your customers data into a
spreadsheet using .csv formatting for you to use at your own accord.
