Setting up a sub-domain

In order to use your existing domain name for both your existing website and your online shop you will need to setup a sub-domain.

A sub-domain means that customers will be able to access your existing website by going to http://www.yourdomain.co.uk and access your online shop by going to http://shop.yourdomain.co.uk.

To get the information needed to setup a sub-domain you need to log into your account and go into Settings > Domain Names. You then need to select 'Use an Existing Domain Name' and then 'The Existing Domain Name is in Use' and finally 'The Existing Domain Name is in Use' and you shall be given the full instructions and IP Addresses you need.

Once you have set the sub-domain up you will need to wait several hours before it starts to work. Once it is working you will start to see the ekmPowershop main website via your sub-domain. Once this starts to happen simply email our support department with your username and sub-domain and we will activate it to link directly to your store.
