Home Page

Once logged in to your ekmpowershop you will see this screen, its your home screen and from here you can access all areas of your online shop. New updates and notices will be displayed here to keep you updated on whats going on in the world of ekm.

This first time page has many video guides to show you how to use and manage your online shop.

Settings Section

Here is the settings section you will be able to set up all your personal details, and personal requirements in this section, this includes settings such as your domain name, and which payment methods you choose to accept.

View Shop

Viewing the shop as a shop owner. It looks exactly the same as a normal customer would see, except you have various EDIT buttons and ADD ITEM buttons to allow you to add/edit products and categories to your shop.

Editable Elements

On all our shop templates you will find "editable elements" these are areas that you can fill with your own content, such as promotional banners, text, links and images. You can upload images in bulk using our "bulk image uploader".

Editable elements are useful to provide information to your customers, for example "delivery charges and recent offers".

Editing / Adding Products

Editing and adding products is easy, simply give your product a name, image, description and price. You can also configure product options (such as Size, Colour, etc), stock control, related products and other advanced options.

Design & Layout

Changing the design of your online shop is easy. You can select from over 30 professional templates or even design your own using custom HTML code.

If you select one of our ecommerce shop templates, you will find many of them have customisable colour schemes to suit your corporate branding and taste.

Marketing & Promotion

Here is the marketing and promotion section of your online shop, you will find lots of hints and tips to help you on your way with your shop, this section also takes care of submitting your sites to those all important search engines.

If there are problems with your shop or areas that can be improved then this section will let you know about those areas and advise you on elements that may need work on.

Features Section

Here is a the all new "features" section for your online shop. Once logged into your shop you can add and remove features such as RRP (recommended retail price) and Ebay integration.

You will find many useful features in this section that will complement your online shop.

Web Pages

Adding webpages to your online shop is easy, with ekmPowershop you can simply add new web pages and edit them. These extra web pages are ideal for pages such as About Us / Contact Us information.

You can now have groups of webpages or move the pages around to make more sense to your customer.

Customers & Orders

Once your online shop is set up and orders have been placed you will receive an email with details of the order. The new and improved "customers and orders" section has lots of features to assist you with the organisational aspect of running your online shop.

Orders

Here is an example of an order, from this page you can do many things including edit the order, update the status of the order, print out address labels, or even email the customer.
