Selling Digital or Downloadable Products
Although ekmPowershop does not offer a digital vault style system (at present, although we are working on this) where you can upload your files for them to be downloaded by customers, you can still offer digital products.
You can sell digital products with ekmPowershop by editing your product and going into Advanced Options > Order Notes this allows you to add some textual content which will be emailed to the customer on completion of an order of this product. This order note can (for example) contain a link to a download location for your product or instructions on how to obtain it.
We are also able to offer hosting space with FTP access for you to upload your files to if so required for an additional charge.
