Product RRP
The ekmPowershop allows you as a shop owner to enable a facility which displays your product price along with an RRP price. This is particularly useful to show your customers the difference between the RRP price and your own price, which helps boost the likelihood of that sale being made.
To enable the RRP function, you simply need to log into your ekmPowershop and go to the Settings > Enable/Disable ekmPowershop Features area. In there you will see a tickbox entitled Product RRP. Tick this box and click Update. This will enable a new field when editing a product - an RRP field.
To see this new field you simply need to navigate to a product in your shop and click the "edit" button to edit the properties of the item. In the lower area of the editing page, opposite the standard price field, you will see an RRP field. Simply enter the RRP of that item before clicking "Done" to confirm the change. The RRP will appear on the product page next to your specified price for that item.
All ekmPowershop templates will display the RRP on the product page to your customers, but please note that if you are using a custom HTML design then you will need to enter the Product RRP tag into the "product page" code that you have created.
